Barkland has its own Training School with full BICSc accreditation.
HR is a central support function that ensures legislative changes and employment law directives are quickly cascaded into our field operation.
Field trainers ensure that all new employees receive a full induction on commencement of their employment, and deliver on-going site training needs.
Field based HR personnel deliver continuous training, thus reinforcing best practice and enabling all personnel issues to be addressed on site.
Our Leadership Development Campaign delivers a 3-year management training programme to diploma level to all our field management staff.
We have established partnerships with several blue chip training organisations who deliver the full spectrum of IT, management, supervisory and industry accredited programmes to Barkland staff.
